Weekly Happenings

This week was an accomplished week for Valley City State University. Starting it off on Tuesday, VCSU was named an NAIA Champions of Character Five-Star Institution. We are proud of the five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership that we represent here at VCSU.

To follow up, it was announced that we have set an enrollment record with 1,422 students, reflecting the quality of education and student life here on campus.

To round up the week, students at VCSU participated in VCSU’s Day of Service. The service projects included delivering Meals on Wheels, making cards for hospital patients and staff and others at the Abused Persons Outreach Center, cleaning up flower pots, painting fire hydrants, cleaning up lawns, and the annual squash harvest.

VCSU prepares for our Homecoming Week next week, as well as President Mason’s inauguration.
