As the summer winds down..

It’s crazy to think that the 4th of July has already passed and that there is just over a month left until classes resume and the university starts to fill up again!

A lot of changes have been made to campus since classes ended. The science building has been continuing to take shape and many administrative offices have been changing places and making updates. Even our office has gone under the knife (or brush?) and gotten it’s very own face lift. McCoy Hall, too, has been making improvements;  soon all the rooms with have been repainted and refurnished. With all the preparation going on around campus, it’s hard not to be excited about the approaching school year:)

Last Friday was the last session of summer orientation.  The admissions team did a great job of planning the day and making sure it ran smoothly. Another group of upcoming freshman had a chance to meet, fill up on treats, register for classes, and get to know a little bit more about what to expect this fall.

Hope you are having a great summer and looking forward to the 2012-2013 school year:)
